7 TIPS TO HELP YOU GET RIDING YOUR FIRST CYCLING TO WORK

In-spite of various reasons to do cycling, there should be some good time to start. Why not to start now? Even if you commute only a limited time, it's better than none at all. To help you get riding your first cycling to work, here are 7 tips to get started.

1. Start with an achievable distance to be covered
If you stay few kilometers from your office, you can manage to ride in both ways on your first day to office. If you stay quite long from your office, join a ride with your co-worker to get to the office, then ride home. Consider the distance doable. Ignore about what other riders might be doing.

2. Start with an achievable frequency
Setup a goal to commute to two or three time per week. Once you have consistently achieved the goal, you can add the number of commuting days.

3. Wear a helmet and protect your head
